What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The office will need to be open in order to process claims or answer any questions on your account. If you have an emergency or need to contact us after hours, an afterhours attendant will be available or will return your call as soon as possible.
What should I do when I need repairs on my vehicle?
When you have a problem with your vehicle, contact us first so we can gather necessary information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Also, for serious problems, stop driving the vehicle in order to prevent further damage to it. If the vehicle is damaged from continuous use, the resulting repairs will not be covered. Refer to your contract or the claims section for more details.
Who do I need to contact to get another copy of my contract?
To obtain another copy of your contract or any paper work relating to your account, contact the seller that sold you the contract.
How can I make a payment on my account?
Contact the seller that sold you the service contract in order to make a payment.
What is the claims procedure?
After you contact us initially, we will need your mechanic to contact us in order to get the exact details of the repair. We might then request documents and get some simple questions answered pertaining to the claim at this time. When the mechanic contacts us with the details, our Claims Department will analyze the claim and respond with a result directly to the mechanic. Since each claim is unique, the processing time varies but generally claims can be handled within the hour.
How are claims paid for?
On approved claims, Alpha Warranty Services pays the repair facility directly over the phone with a credit card upon completion of the covered repair.
How can I cancel my contract?
In the event that you need to cancel your policy, please contact the company that sold you the contract to obtain a cancellation form.
