HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
If you’re experiencing a problem with your vehicle it’s time to submit a claim. Use all reasonable means to protect your vehicle. If there is a serious problem with your vehicle it likely means you’ll need to pull over, stop the vehicle, and have it towed. If in doubt, be safe and have it towed. If you are in need of roadside assistance, please contact the roadside assistance provider listed on the top right corner of your contract. If you don’t have a copy of your contract please see our coverage lookup tool.
Once you are in a safe location, please call 1.800.662.5519 to start your claim. Have your contract number ready for our customer service specialist. If you don’t know your contract number we can look you up by your name and VIN.
Locate a repair facility in your area that is qualified to work on your vehicle. After delivering your vehicle to the repair facility give them our phone number and instruct them to call us immediately. It’s important that they contact us before any repairs have been performed. It’s also a good idea to give them a copy of your contract. From that point forward Alpha Warranty Services, inc. will communicate directly with your repair facility. If you need an update on the status of your claim, it’s a good idea to contact your repair facility. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service Team. If you need a rental car you are welcome to get one and contact our Customer Service Team for reimbursement. Your reimbursement will be based on the rental coverage section found in your contract. Remember, you need to maintain your vehicle to the manufacturer’s standards. Stay current on all of your maintenance and keep records of each service performed.
